Michael Mathews Michael Mathews has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of interCLICK since September 2007. Mr. Mathews formerly held senior management positions at AGENCY.COM (President), World Avenue/TheUseful, CKS Group, and BBDO Worldwide. Mr. Mathews began his career in the 80's in Sales & Marketing at Intel Corporation.

Michael holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
Michael Katz Michael Katz, President, founded interCLICK in 2004 when he recognized the need for a transparent ad network in a marketplace dominated by blind networks. Since inception, Michael has been responsible for growing the company and the overall strategic vision of the company. Prior to founding interCLICK, Mr. Katz was a financial analyst for Accenture from 2001 to 2003 and an associate for ZEFER, an Internet consulting firm.

Michael graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in both Finance and Economics.
Andrew Katz Andrew brings a cross-discipline approach to interCLICK where he has served as CTO since 2004. Andrew has over eight years of general programming and network design experience. Prior to joining interCLICK, Andrew co-founded and launched the mobile marketing company mStyle. Prior to interCLICK, Andrew developed and deployed highly scalable enterprise systems for Fortune 1000 companies and higher education institutions at Jenzabar. Andrew began his career at ZEFER, an Internet consulting firm.

Andrew holds a degree in Business from Babson College.
Michael Marvul As senior vice president, Michael Marvul is responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing and publisher network development. Mr. Mavul joined interCLICK as one of its first employees in March 2005 as VP of Sales to join his fraternity brother and founder of interCLICK, Michael Katz. Prior to joining interCLICK, Mr. Marvul held various sales positions at UBS and Neuberger Berman.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from the School of Management at Syracuse University.
Andrew Greenberg Andrew Greenberg has served as the VP Publisher Relations for interCLICK since inception in 2004, responsible for the continual growth of the network’s publisher base. Today, interCLICK works with the who’s who of brand publishers on the web with brand names such as Yahoo, Morningstar, Yellowpages, FOX News, and several hundred other top-tier publishers. Before joining interCLICK, Andrew spent three years in PR with the New Jersey Nets of the National Basketball Association.

Andrew earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in the year 2000.
Jay Freedman Jay Freedman joined interCLICK as VP of Brand Sales of interCLICK in December 2007. Previously, Freedman was East Coast Sales Manager for Specific Media, managing the company’s new accounts and expanding the existing client roster. Prior to Specific Media, Freedman was senior account executive at Quigo Technologies, Inc., leading sales efforts for AdSonar, with sole responsibility for automotive and sports verticals.

Jay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business from Lafayette College.
Jason Lynn Jason Lynn has 11 years experience in the online technology industry. Previous to interCLICK, Jason served as the Director of Solution Engineering at Right Media | Yahoo! where he lead technology engagements with the leading agencies, publishers and networks. Prior to this, Mr. Lynn served as Lead Product Manager at TACODA Systems, the pioneer in online behavioral targeting.

Jason graduated from Duke University with degrees in economics and public policy studies.
