A: interCLICK is a software company focused

Segment Manager (OSM), digital advertising's most effective
audience targeting engine, interCLICK executes customer
segmentation strategies, connecting agencies and brand marketers
with their most valuable audiences in brand-safe environments, at
unprecedented scale.
Q: Why is OSM important?
A: OSM is the first technology that is built
specifically to resolve three fundamental issues facing the
industry: an inability to scale data-enabled advertising
effectively, difficulties in combining targeting data across all
online and offline sources, and an inability to predict the true
effectiveness of that data. OSM aggregates facts across myriad data
sources and, using a new mode of analysis, reveals how different
facts impact campaign performance. With the ability to execute on
the best-performing data, agencies and marketers spend their budget
wisely and generate the best possible results. It's an

Q: What are data "facts"?
A: Facts are any variables that comprise audience
segments. Within a broad segment of, for example, in-market sedan
shoppers, there are myriad granular details--different makes and
models, user interaction with different creatives…the list goes on.
By breaking down broad segments from multiple providers and testing
potentially millions of different fact combinations on real
inventory, OSM reveals which facts deliver the most value for a
given campaign and helps clients execute based on that value.
Q: What types of campaigns can I run with
interCLICK?
A: interCLICK runs a large variety of
performance driven marketing campaigns on a Cost Per Thousand (CPM)
basis.
Q: What is the typical campaign investment with
interCLICK?
A: Costs vary depending on the type of
product or service being promoted. A Sales rep will work with you
to determine how to achieve your campaign goals. Our campaign
minimums are $10,000 per month.
Q: Will interCLICK accept any
advertiser?
A: interCLICK is extremely particular
about which Advertisers and offers can run across the
network.
Q: Are there any campaign setup fees when working
with interCLICK?
A: There are no setup fees. All
campaigns will be implemented within 24 hours.
Q: Does interCLICK extend credit to
advertisers?
A: Advertisers who want credit terms
must provide interCLICK full credit history including bank
contacts, references and other necessary historical payment data
for us to make a decision on credit extensions. Generally, a new
Advertiser will pre-pay for the test campaign after which we can
determine if we will extend them credit for future
campaigns.
Q: Can I cancel my campaign at anytime?
A: Yes. Again, at interCLICK there is
no risk, just results. We provide Agencies and Advertisers with a
24 hour cancellation policy, however, you must notify us in writing
(email is acceptable).
Q: Does interCLICK gather personally identifiable
information about website users?
